I just love this stone!! I handpicked it or the matte finish and also the amazing design!! I used mostly matte finished beads…except for the center fringe.  Matching Matt finished delica beads make up the strap.  I picked the name Murasaki because I loved the sound of it and that it was Japanese….I could just see this necklace in a garden!!

This set took over 31 hours to complete. I used peyote stitch and herringbone stitch to complete it. The center is made without the use of GLUE or BACKING. The center sets inside beads that are between 11o and 15o (this means there are between 11 – 15 beads per inch).

Necklace measures at 17.5 – 19.5 inches in length and can be lengthened if needed. Center hangs down 2.75 inches from top of strap.

Earrings measure at 1.75 inches and can be changed to posts or clip-on’s for no additional charge.
